Fitness Classes for Every Skill Level

Most group fitness classes are included in our Club memberships. We change the schedule to accommodate our members' schedules, so be sure to check our schedule for classes offered every day. With one of our club memberships, you get unlimited access to our group fitness options.


Aqua Fit - This low-impact class is ideal for joint ailments or injuries. Here, you'll get fit in our 25 yard 6 lane salt system pool with a gentle warmup followed by challenging exercises in calming 84-degree water.


Core and More - This is a class that will help firm/strengthen your core and increase balance and range of motion. With everything from weights, bands and blocks, you will get an “all over workout.”


HIIT - This high-intensity aerobic adventure maximizes your results using dynamic exercise with a timed rest in between. You will use weights, body resistance and lots of other fun tools combined with the perfect mixture of cardio. Each circuit allows you to complete what you can in the time allotted and all exercises are modified to your fitness level. This is the best strength training and fat burning workout you will ever need!

Mat Pilates - This Pilates-based workout focuses on core strength, flexibility, and total body conditioning fused with a perfect mix of body sculpting exercises designed to make you sweat. Weights, balls, pilates circle, bands and more are used to increase the intensity of this workout.


Spin - Cycle until you reach your calorie goal with our spin class. In this class, instructors use upbeat music to take you through a ride that will burn calories while focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, and recovery.


Yoga - This class is designed to stretch tight muscles to optimize your workout, or just support daily life. Poses are supported and minimal props are used. The focus is on balance, strength and flexibility.


Kickboxing - A fun cardio workout that builds both strength and endurance. Kickboxing is a form of martial arts that involves punches and kicks at four contact points; the two hands and feet. It has been shown to improve participants’ V02 max and decrease resting heart rate.


Chair Fit - This low intensity workout develops a more functional body by combining cardio, strength, and flexibility, all modified to a seated position with the option for a standing position.


Pump Sculpt – This class is a strength training class working all major muscle groups utilizing the pump bars and free weights to get an all-around sculpting workout.

Group Exercise Classes Members Fee $5.

Classes are included in our Club Plus membership. Guests pay $20 which includes use of the club for the day. (Tennis & Pickleball excluded)
