Our Pro-Fitness Program is one of the most recognized and respected fitness programs in North America, and Willy's is proud to be the only health club on the Cape to offer this program to our members. The program includes a comprehensive fitness consultation and assessment, which is repeated throughout the customized improvement plan to measure real results.

Private Pilates Reformer Training

Private training with one of our experienced instructors is the absolute best way to work on your individual concerns and personal goals. Your sessions will be built around your
body, catering to your strengths and addressing your weaknesses. It’s all about you! We offer Private Pilates Reformer training—as with everything
else in our facility, no membership is necessary and everyone is welcome.
Some of our instructors are also certified Personal Trainers, and offer Personal Training incorporating Pilates principles,

Small groups

Personal training doesn't have to be lonely! We offer small group training for you and a group of friends with similar goals to improve accountability and fun, all while using a constant variety of methods, including TRX, kettlebells, Parachutes, Sleds, Pilates equipment, and more!
