Our trainers specialize in every aspect of fitness, including weight loss or gain, speed and agility improvement, conditioning for athletes, and sports training in swimming, tennis, Pilates, and more. We also offer recover plans for injury and illness, because all of our session are completely personalized to your individual goals and needs.

Pro-Fitness Program

Our Pro-Fitness Program is one of the most recognized and respected fitness programs in North America, and Willy's is proud to be the only health club on the Cape to offer this program to our members. The program includes a comprehensive fitness consultation and assessment, which is repeated throughout the customized improvement plan to measure real results.

Small Groups

Personal training doesn't have to be lonely! We offer small group training for you and a group of friends with similar goals to improve accountability and fun, all while using a constant variety of methods, including TRX, kettlebells, Parachutes, Sleds, Pilates equipment, and more!

Private Pilates Reformer Training

Private training with one of our experienced instructors is the absolute best way to work on your individual concerns and personal goals. Your sessions will be built around your
body, catering to your strengths and addressing your weaknesses. It’s all about you! We offer Private Pilates Reformer training—as with everything else in our facility, no membership is necessary and everyone is welcome. Some of our instructors are also certified Personal Trainers, and offer Personal Training incorporating Pilates principles,

TRX Class Descriptions: 

  Which TRX Class Is Best For Me? 
TRX Basic:
New to the TRX and just getting started? Start with this simple TRX workout as you increase total-body flexibility, promote mobility and stability and develop core strength. This class focuses on technique, flexibility, balance, and strength by developing basic foundational exercises through easy to follow progressions. 
(New users are encouraged to attend this session)
All Levels Welcome. 
Duration: 60 minutes

TRX Circuit:
Ready to challenge your workouts with high intensity,powerful movements at faster tempos? This class has 30 second timed interval sets combining TRX and cardio drills. Guaranteed to keep your heart rate pumping and burning mega calories while you're engaged in intense body conditioning.
All levels welcome. 
MONDAY 4:30pm  
Duration: 60 minutes

TRX Body Blast:
Engage all your muscles with this non-stop TRX workout. Build overall strength, balance and flexibility with this total-body conditioning program. We set the reps, you set the intensity. All Core All The Time!

TRX Metabolic Burn:
Need to break-up your long workday? Try this no-nonsense, intense 50 minute workout! This is a great addition to the TRX Class schedule for those of you who have time constraints or need to first build up your stamina. This non-stop format is designed to give you the biggest bang for your buck! We don't mess around here, you will learn TRX form as you put it to intense TRX function. 
All levels welcome. WEDNESDAY 4:30pm
Duration: 50 minutes

TRX Advanced:
Improve your performance and take your training to the next level. This class moves you through 60 second stations combining The TRX with Kettlebells, Medicine Balls, Ropes and The Rip Trainer! If you are ready to step up your workouts, TRX Advanced is Hard Core...Get ready to sweat!
Intermediate and Advanced welcome. 
 THURSDAY 4:30pm & SATURDAY 10:00am 
Duration: 60 minutes
