Create customized fitness plans when you choose our personal training options. Our trainers specialize in every aspect of fitness, including athletic conditioning, weight loss, and sports training in swimming, tennis, Pilates, and more. We even offer recovery plans for injury and illness.
Personal training doesn't have to be lonely! Along with our individual training options, we offer small group training that allows you and a group of friends with similar goals to improve accountability and fun, all while using a constant variety of methods, including TRX, kettlebells, Parachutes, Sleds, Pilates equipment, and more. TRX Small Group Training is included in all of our annual club memberships; please call or speak to our front desk agent to ensure that you qualify.
Private Pilates Reformer Training
Private training with one of our experienced instructors is the absolute best way to work on your individual concerns and personal goals. With this option, Pilates sessions will be built around your body, catering to your strengths and addressing your weaknesses. As with everything else in our facility, no membership is necessary and everyone is welcome. Once you complete five one-on-one Pilates reformer training sessions, you're welcome to use our studio any time as part of your club membership. Our studio is equipped with six Pilates reformers and a variety of accessories, and all members must complete their five-session training in order to ensure safety and ease of use.
