Most group classes are included in our Club memberships. While we change the schedule to accommodate our members' schedules, check out the types of classes that we offer seven days a week! Unlimited classes included in memberships!

Class Types

1,000 CALORIE RIDE: Cycle until you reach your four-digit calorie-burning goal. Because your instructor wears a heart-rate monitor, they can tell the class when the tally ticks to 1,000. Post-ride, staffers pamper you with cold eucalyptus-scented towels

AquaFit: A class for everyone, especially for those with joint ailments or injuries. Get fit with this challenging water workout. After a gentle warm-up in calm 82 degree water, you’ll ease into the exercises using your own body weight & water resistance dumbbells.

BODY 360: A slew of sculpting tools—stability balls, dumbbells, pilates rings—to tone all 360 degrees of your bod. The workout rolls between exercises without a break using different props so you never burn out one muscle group or get bored

COREFIT: It will sculpt, tone & strengthen your entire body, fast! Great bodies aren’t born; they are transformed

Core & More: Fire up your abs, lower back, & glutes to build a stable, stronger, & more powerful core.

Gentle Yoga:  A calming yoga class to stretch & strengthen the body gradually. … This class focuses on Vinyasa style yoga (connecting breath to movement) & builds heat, strength & flexibility

HOT BOD BARRE: This barre class targets: abs, arms, butt, & thighs. The end result is one HOT BOD!

Live2Dance: Dance moves with the benefit of strength training. Love to dance? This is it!

No Nonsense & Work It Circuit : Total body workout circuit style. This class offers stations of cardio, strength, plyometric & core training, focus like only Willy’s can do

PILATES FUSION: Is a Pilates based workout focusing on core strength, flexibility & total body conditioning fused with a perfect mix of body sculpting exercises designed to make you sweat

PUMP IT UP WITH A HEALTHY GROOVE: Get your aerobic groove on with this easy to follow, high-low impact and multi-styled dance workout! The hour flies by so fast, you’ll want more!

Sculpting Curves: A class that earns you a perky ballerina butt that “pops", The mix of Pilates, dance & barre moves that rocks the latest music

Sunrise Yoga: The morning is a “divine time” for your yoga practice to attain clarity, creativity, & peace of mind & body.

Total Body: Workout, utilizing resistance & cardio training, which masterfully combines Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance – all components of R.I.P.P.E.D. will help you attain & maintain your physique in ways that are fun, safe, doable & extremely effective

Zumba: The dance craze that torches some 400 calories per hour to the next level, that has taken the workout world by storm.

YOGA: This class is based on physical postures (Asanas), deep breathing, mindfulness & listening to the body.
